Parked our car here for 6 days whilst we stayed in Porto. Easy drop off and a great price. We turned up at 10am on Sunday morning to collect when we had initially told them midday but the guy still turned up with 5 minutes to sort us out.
Our go to parking. Friendly, drive well and willing to speak English. The one time we used another parking where customers have to find a spot and park themselves, our car had a scratch. Never had any issues here, and we've parked here 6 times. Our stamp card is almost full ;-)
We parked our hire car here for 5 days when staying in Porto and I could not fault the service we received from Andres. I paid the extra (€8) to take our keys with us. Andres even called a Bolt (Uber) car for us. This cost of this was €11 to get to Ribeira where our accommodation was. Walking all over Porto was easy. And saved all the hassle of parking and tickets.
I have used long term parking at airports in several countries but this was by far the best experience I have had. Quick efficient and very friendly. I was so impressed it makes me want to book another trip just so I can park there again
