This parking garage is very well located; you arrive just a minute away, and it's close to Retiro Park and the surrounding area. Perfect for parking quickly and then exploring on foot. It was very easy to reserve a space through the Parclick app: you register with your car's license plate and name, reserve the date and time, pay by card, and that's it. As soon as you arrive, the barrier opens automatically; you don't have to do anything else. Once inside, the attendant tells you where to park. And to leave, it's the same: you approach the barrier, and it opens automatically. It also has restrooms. Next time I'm there, I'll definitely do the same.
Last night I had a reservation through the El Parking app and it was a truly wonderful experience. The parking lot was superbly located and clean. But above all, I want to highlight the service from the man who was there—unbeatable, very kind and friendly. Thank you for everything :)
My experience was very good. I booked in advance because I was going to an event at the Movistar Arena. I was driving a rental car, so I couldn't enter my license plate number when I made the reservation, but it wasn't a problem because they have a license plate reader. The man there was very kind and helpful, and he changed it in a flash. The reservation was for 6 hours, which admittedly wasn't cheap at €24.55, but being able to arrive at my scheduled time and park without any problems wasn't a concern. Plus, they give you a free half hour.
Good parking, modern, and with good, spacious spaces. It would normally get 4 or 5 stars… but the price is truly unbelievable. It's outrageous, perhaps because you're going to the emergency room or appointments and need to leave your car nearby, but… €14.45 for 3 hours overnight… like I said, outrageous.
