I've been going to Madrid for years and parking in all kinds of parking garages. And I've discovered Bielmar, and without a doubt, it's the best of them all. Price, location, lighting, spacious spaces... everything is perfect. I don't understand the criticism from some who say it's poorly signposted. Obviously, it doesn't have illuminated signs to guide you in or directions three blocks away. But with Google Maps, there's no problem getting there. And if anything stands out above all else, it's the staff's service. Upon arrival, I was helped by a super friendly employee who made the process easy in every way. And upon departure, another employee helped us with friendliness, a great attitude, and a sense of humor that's usually hard to find in these kinds of places. Without a doubt, Bielmar parking will be my choice every time I have to return to Madrid. And if I happen to run into either of the two employees who helped me, I'll congratulate them on their empathy and customer service. I hope you continue to operate this well for many years to come.

Tuve una experiencia excelente utilizando este parking. Desde el primer momento, todo fue muy sencillo: la entrada está bien señalizada y el acceso es rápido, sin complicaciones. Las plazas son amplias, lo que facilita mucho aparcar incluso si llevas un coche grande. Además, el lugar se percibe limpio, bien iluminado y seguro, algo que valoro mucho cuando dejo mi vehículo por varias horas. Otro punto a destacar es la buena ubicación, ya que permite moverse fácilmente hacia diferentes zonas sin perder tiempo. El proceso de pago también fue ágil y cómodo, sin largas esperas. En general, es un parking muy práctico, bien gestionado y totalmente recomendable. Sin duda, volvería a utilizarlo.
